I made this during the week and it took too long after work but it was very good. I would make this again for sure the only thing I did differently after looking at the reviews was I sauteed the cabbage for a minuted in the hot oil with a bit of the marinade before adding the noodles. It was great thank you Melissa.

EXCELLENT! Although the Food Network is my go to site for recipes I rarely review the recipies. For this one I went out of my way. I loved it just as it is, didn't change a thing, but it is very versatile. I don't need meat with this dish so for us it is a one pot wonder.

Love this! I've made this twice and it's becoming a favorite dish. The sauce is very flavorful and easy to make. I used to use peanut sauce from a bottle but this tastes SO much better! Also it's easy to just vary the veggies, and great topped with bean sprouts.

My family didn't LOVE this...just thought it was ok. It was definitely easy to make and I had most of the ingredients on hand. This would be an especially good recipe to try if you were a newbie cook with an open mind to flavors. I would add more liquid to the sauce, as it needed a bit of thinning out. For my meat and potatoes bunch, it just didn't fly. What I do like about Melissa's recipes is that I feel free to experiment without worrying about breaking my budget.

Great recipe, loved it. Next time I'll add a little more pasta water.

Delicious! I used whole grain linguini instead of regular pasta and it was really good -- the peanut sauce matched really well with the whole grain flavor, which can be a bit much sometimes. I will definitely make this again.

This was very flavorful and too easy to make! I used left over angel hair and added some leftover chicken. It was a great way to use up leftovers, and my kids loved it!

Excellent. Very tasty. This makes enough for 8 people in my opinion. I used 1/2 the Chirazo sauce because we don't like much heat. I'm cooking for 2, so next time I'll chop all the veggies (while the food processor is out and store 1/2 of them and the sauce in the fridge. Then cook 1/2 the noodles one night and 1/2 in a few days and the rest is done. I added much more red pepper for color. If you make this and the pork chops it takes awhile, but it's worth it.

Very good. I would add more veggies next time. I loved the crunch of the cabbage but would probably add julienned carrots and maybe some snap peas. It makes a ton.

Used green bell pepper ($0.54 instead of red ($1.20, and used the remaining pepper instead of cucumber in the cucumber-carrot salad. Had black sesame seeds, so I toasted those in my toaster oven (using the toast function so I don't burn them to add a nice color twist to the salad. Served with the pork chops from the show and was able to feed 5 adults and still had leftovers.
