Noodles were amazing! better than at any fancy chinese restaurant.I used one tablespoon of peanut butter only, I put 2 celery sticks instead of the red pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil instead of the oil plus the peanut oil, ( because the peanut oil has a strong flavour and I had already used it in the marinade of the pork. I put only a dash of the hot sauce in case other people don't like it, and much more on top of the noodles on my plate.

I loved this!!! I didn't have sesame oil so I substituted with olive oil. Wish I had it though as that might have added a new flavor element. Will do this one again!

I really liked the sauce - easy and a better consistency than other peanut noodles I've made. I cut down on the cabbage and added lots more pepper, green onion, and carrots. It makes a ton so next time I'll just make a half recipe. But very good!

This was delicious! I think next time Ill change the veggies a bit... it had way too much cabbage for my taste. I would do 1/2 as much cabbage and maybe double the red pepper.

Delicious noodle dish. It could be a meal in itself.

Very good! We switched cabbage out for julienned carrots because that's what we had in the fridge and it was delicious.

Tasty!!!! Indeed. This recipe is great. I saved it to my recipe box. Just the right amount of heat and creaminess. I planned to bring this to work, I can hardly wait. Next time might add peas and carrots or scallions for color.
