The trick seems to be in the marinating time. Certainly let it sit for more than ten minutes. Also, I made extra marinade sauce to use for dipping that never touched raw chicken (SUPER important. Be sure to choose a very good quality soy sauce. It might cost more, but will be worth it in the end.

Saw Melissa make this earlier today and just had to try it. I'm not a big fan of marmalade, so I substitued a squirt of honey, added some extra red pepper flakes, mirin and soy. Also added a tiny bit of siracha to give it a kick. Was super easy, healthy and delicious! Served it with some steamed veggies insted of soup and wontons : Definitely one to make again! Thanks, Melissa!

I am the last person to say something was truly not the best. This time I have to say it lacked a lot of flavor. In the end, I had to put duck sauce on the side for dipping to give a sweet flavor.

This is a recipe I will make...it looked really good.

The only thing about this meal is there are no green veggies..I'd swap out the wonton dessert for pea pods if cost is a factor.

Wow, Melissa, this recipe is a grand slam! Easy, low fat, cheap and delicious. What more can you want? It's like you were listening when I wished for a new diet and budget friendly recipe for chicken breasts. And it's pretty original, too. I haven't seen this anywhere before. Thanks so much! Love your show!
