    I made this but used catfish instead of what the recipe called for and it was delishous!! I would definitely recommend this recipe and did I mention that my "picky" kids LOVED it too!! Thanks for a great recipe :

    Wow!! So easy and so delicious!!!! I just used the recipe to make fish nuggets. I hardly ever cook and my 2 year old said,"Mommy's cooking?" She loved it! My older daughter said they were better than her favorite place to go out for fish nuggets. THANKS MELISSA!!!

    Thanks Melissa for the tip about buying fish on manager's special. I would never have bought it this way thinking it wasn't as fresh. After seeing your show today I was in the store and found cod and shrimp for half off. Bought it all- $20 worth for $10 and stored it in the freezer for another day. It clearly smelled fresh so I know I got a great deal. Keep those money saving ideas coming!
