OMG !!! So delicious, and easy to make. I let it brown a little and it makes awesome cereal!!!

First time making granola and I am so glad I chose this recipe! This was a great base layer to add a couple of my own ingredients (dried cherries and coconut and it was a hit! I agree with another review that it is not sticky, but I prefer a loose granola for my yogurt. The rice cereal gives it a great crunch too.

This granola is amazing! I'm not a huge fan of maple so I just added a bit more honey. I was out of ground ginger so added pumpkin pie spice (plus I'm in a fall mood. It's like a dessert! I'm so happy to have a recipe like this, so I don't have to purchase granola that is full of preservatives and additives. Thanks Melissa! I'm a huge fan!

I have made this granola recipe and shared it with others as well...The cinnamon is a bit strong flavor, so i've cut down to 1 tsp only...I would love to know if you can share the calorie and fat intake if possible. Thank you Melissa so much for this great and flavorful granola :-

Very tasty. I thought the cinnamon was too much but it Really balanced well. I put slightly less ginger than it called for. I am going to add more maple and a touch of brown sugar next time to bring the mix a bit more together. It was a little too loose. I think it lacked some sticky factor. However, the favors are perfect.

The thing I love about this granola over others is the rice cereal. So many granolas are heavy and kind of dense. The rice cereal lightens it up. Yummy!

This recipe is absolutely FABULOUS!! It's so much fun to tweak it, adding in things that my family likes, like raisins, chocolate chips, almonds, etc. It's so flexible!! We love it because it is sooooo delicious and I love it because it is soooooo healthy! You hit a home run on this one, Melissa!

This is the best recipe ever! I'm on a tight budget all the time so granola is a very rare treat. Not anymore! We followed the recipe as directed and I was completely shocked and pleased to find granola is not only super simple to make but it tastes so much better made at home. Never buying store bought again!

Love this. It's become a staple in my home. Granola, fruit & vanilla yogurt. Yum!

So good! I go 1/2 TBSPN lighter on the honey and add in some brown sugar. I have made this once a week for months! And even as Christmas gifts. I like it with no vanilla.
