Excellent, Melissa! You have taught me so many delicious ways to use produce that is past its prime. I'm always looking for ways to use up the cherry tomatoes. This sauce is terrific on pork chops, inside and outside of omelets, etc. You are the "waste not, want not cook!" Thank you for teaching me that "the most expensive ingredient is the one you throw out!" You have cut my food costs way down!

delicious! the chicken was great on its own and the dipping sauce was better than butter on my bread. only thing I did differently was add more garlic to everything.

I made this chicken yesterday to make into a sandwich. I sprinkled a little oregano for added flavor Simple and delicious. I spread home made guacamole on focaccia bread, added sliced tomates, lettuce, red onions and the simply grilled chicken. Let me tell you it was Fabulous!

I fixed this tonight and my family loved it. Lovely flavors, and the chicken was tender. Very easy to make. Well balanced flavors. Will make again. Thanks, Melissa.

Had high hopes that everyone in the family would like this - the very picky child and the more adventurous eaters. The picky child did like it, plain, grilled chicken with no sauce. The rest of us found the sauce too bland, so the whole dish ended up bland in our minds. But I do give Melissa high marks for the very clear directions with the extra tips for making perfect grilled chicken. The chicken itself was perfectly done. Next time I'll make a more interesting sauce to serve with it.

I made this sauce and served it over leftover pork slices on a bed of yellow rice...the depth of flavors is so mouthwatering and delicious. To save time and money, I cut the onions into smaller slices and used cherry tomatoes, reducing cooking time to half. Check occasionally to avoid burning. Melissa is one of my favorites. Her creativity and cheery nature make her someone I enjoy seeing each week.

This is hands-down the best grilled chicken I have ever made. I used my grill pan and did not alter the recipe in any way except for using fresh thyme instead of dried for the dip. It was very flavorful despite what some other reviewers said. The chicken itself was almost crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The dipping sauce tastes like a mild marinara. Something to keep in mind- the recipe says it only takes 30 minutes to prepare but that is for the chicken recipe only. The tomato onion dipping sauce requires a 2 hours baking period (but definitely worth the wait.

As another reviewer mentioned, I also used chicken tenders instead of the whole breast and let the tenders marinate in the oil/garlic mixture for about 30 minutes. I also added a little lemon juice. I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but there were awesome and so simple to make. I mixed the leftovers with some celery, grilled onions, walnuts, and a little mayo..made a yummy chicken salad for lunch the next day. Making it again tonight with some couscous, grilled asparagus, and grilled pineapple.

Each time I try one of Melissa's recipes they turn out terrific- and this one did too. Her detailed tips really make a difference. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and my kids liked it too.
