Horrible. The tomatoes sweetened the fish to the point that the fish took on some other flavor. I could not tell it was fish. If you don't like fish then maybe this is the way you should eat it, disguised. Bluh.

This is a great recipe especially when you don't have a lot of time. It is very easy to make but definitely something you can be proud of to sit in front of your family for dinner.

Found a new way to cook fish. My husband said that he thought he was in a high-end restaurant. This dish has a wonderful aroma and great taste. I did have quite a bit of suace left over so next time I will try making more fish to go with the wonderful sauce. Thanks Melissa!

Absolutely wonderful. I did not have any fresh basil so i added a can of basil, oregano, garlic flavored stewed tomatoes and it turned out amazing. My hubby loved it and rated it # 3 in his top ten dinners. Definitely will be keeping this one. Also, love Melissa she is a breath of fresh air hope she stays.

I used swai/ basa white fish instead of sole because that is what I had on hand. Seasoned the fish with a bit of tuscan seasoning, italian and garlic seasoning and added some white wine to the sauce with just a bit of lemon juice. Did not use potatoes in the sauce. Used tomatoes in oregano, basil and garlic. Very quick, fresh and light yet flavorful. Will make again!
