    Husband & I LOVED this dish. The flavors were throughout the fish and potatoes. Little more salt on my part....This was a healthy meal and easy prep! Thanks you sooooo much!

    I liked this recipe; however, next time I will make a few changes. First of all, I used cod because it was fresh caught and at my local market. I loved the way the flavors fused together, but next time I will use white wine instead of lemon. I like cooking with wine and I feel it may have given this dish a little extra zing. I also thought the recipe lacked salt. (that may just be my taste buds, though Enjoy!
