I don't care what it's called, just call it delicious It is one of the best recipes I have made from FN. If you like eggs and you like potatoes. It's a no brainer you will love it. If it didn't' come out good for ya, maybe take a cooking class or 2 : I don't know how some can say oh this isn't a Spanish tortilla. Unless you have eaten at every house in Spain, I doubt you know what each individual cook puts in her tortilla. It's like a meatloaf no 2 recipes are the same but just because I put cheese in my meatloaf, doesn't make it less of a meatloaf.

This was delicious. This goes great with a green or tomato salad. Great for lunch on the go!

The ratings made me believe this was very, very good.. I know that the recipe is the sum of the ingredients, so I used the best, but this was just okay by my family's standards. It wasn't bad, just not terribly good.

Couldn't quite get it to crisp correctly like I saw on TV. Mine was more eggy. And I tried twice! The second one was smaller, and tasted much better. I think less egg next time, or bigger pan, or more potatoes..something! lol either way, great flavor, maybe more chorizo next time, or some onions instead of scallions. Fun to think of Spain and tappas bars as I cooked.

I made this for my "European" dinner party and it was a hit. Very easy to make. The most labor-intensive part was slicing the potatoes (I used my mandolin, but it still took a while, LOL. Other than that, everything went quickly. I did, like others, have to cook it longer than the recipe stated (between 25 to 30 minutes. It popped out of the pan cleanly, which was great for presentation.

Melissa is not a very good chef and this dish proves it. I prepared exactly according to the recipe and I found the dish to be extremely greasy and salty. Everyone hated it. I would not recommend,
