I agree this was easy to make although I recommend a bit more corn starch (I noticed when Melissa made it her tablespoons were rounded but she didn't say to use rounded tablespoons full and also, change the name of the recipe. We thought it was good but more of a cinnamon pudding. If I hadn't been expecting butterscotch flavor I would have liked it better.

All in all, nice to know there is a good formula out there for easy to make pudding. I'll try this basic recipe using other flavors in the future.

We have made this three times since seeing Melissa demonstrate it on TV. We love that little kick as we swallow and the brown sugar makes such a good flavor. We love to see Melissa's show. Everything we have tried has been wonderful

Waht a great recipe! Thanks Melisssa. I skipped the cayanne because my son doesn't like spicy. I also tried a chocolate version with hot cocoa powder, regular sugar, only 1 tsp vanilla, and fat free evaporated milk (didn't have any half and half. Didn't thicken up as much because of the fat free milk but really good just the same!

Melissa said this recipe was so easy and tasty, you would never want box pudding again. Well, you were right Melissa! The pudding is absolutely delicious! I never had a spicy pudding before, but I am a fan now. Sooo easy to make in 15 minutes & No Eggs! Since I learned how to make this recipe, I have definately had a fun time making different flavors.

Also I have added an extra topping to the spicy butterscotch recipe, though I may say it did not need it. *Before serving, I add whipped cream from the can. (for that pipping look Then, I drizzled some melted Nutella over the cream and sides. The hazelnut choclate tastes perfect with the hint of Cayenne pepper. Thank you so much Melissa!

I have made this pudding three weekends in a row . My son loves it , especially the spice in it. I have also added 1 tbs of chocolate powder and it is incredible! I will be making this dessert for years to come!

So I had to try this once I saw the show. I read the reviews before I tried it and knew that I had to let it cook for about 15 minutes. Well, it never set up in the refrigerator so I cooked it on the stove top again and let it get thicker. After I did that, it was excellent.

This recipe looked extremely easy, so made it the afternoon I saw it on Melissa's show. Well, it was such a hit, I made it again, with a little more cayenne - WOW. I just made my 3rd batch, but this time I added 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder with the dry incredients. OMG! So good. Melissa's recipe is a great basic recipe that you can use to make
it your own. Don't be afraid to experiment with this recipe. As she says, "Ths possibilities are unlimited."
