My husband and I loved this salad! It is easy to make and put together. We love pecans and oranges, so this was a perfect pairing! Have made a similar salad with sweet pecans (brown sugar only and strawberries, so this was a nice twist for a spinach salad. I made the pecans and dressing earlier in the morning so I only had to put it together at supper. Had no problem with the pecans not being hot; we still loved the flavor.

I loved how this turned out, however, my partner did not like anything about it. I loved the tang of the dressing and the sweet pecans. I will certainly make this again. It was quick and delicious!

My two adult daughters and I get together and fix dinner about once a month. We paired this delicious salad with some crusty Dover Sole and it was perfect. We all liked the nuts, I make them frequently for other salads too.

I made this last night and we all loved it. I'm too lazy to cut orange segments, so I used mandarin oranges. Be careful with the cayenne. Sometimes you get a bite that bites back, but I did love the unexpected spicy kick. I added a bit of honey to the dressing. I'll make this again for sure.

This spinach salad is different than any we've ever had before and it is so delicious and refreshing. The perfect compliment to any grilled meat. I did a little improvising and used walnuts instead of pecans and a little extra splenda to sweeten. Try it you'll like it!

I am a huge salad lover but my husband not so much. I'm always trying to make him healthy meals so I thought I'd just make this and see what happens! We LOVED it! This was the best part of our meal and my husband said let's have it again tomorrow night! The pecans were just fantastic.

Made this tonight along with the Chicken Marengo. It was delicious and tasted so fresh. I only used about a tablespoon and a half of oil and it was plenty. I think next time, I'll use two oranges to have more segmented and more juice and use even less oil (just my taste. LOVED the spiced pecans! Super delicous!

I have made a similar salad for years using poppyseed dressing, but this is a very nice change. I use red onion instead of scallions for contrast and milder flavor.
Not using baby spinach is a plus!
