I just tried this recipe out on my sons family only one of which eats sweet potatoes, but I didn't have any left and everyone decided that sweet potatoes were pretty good. So I will give this a thumbs up because I love sweet potatoes and have had to just bake one or do without now I can make them more often and know they will be enjoyed.

I thought it was wonderful and so did my family. However I used Pumpkin instead of Sweet Potatoes. I did not use lemon juice at all and I barely brushed butter on the top and sprinkled cinnamon and brown sugar. They were such a hit. No leftovers!!

YUM! Really good! I changed a few things, and added some. Everyone really loved them! I did Pineapple Cream cheeze, and mixed it with Lemon flavored yogurt. Also, added golden raisens to the sweet potatoes.

Oh Melissa, you have done it again. Absolutely fabulous. I would have never thought that sweet potatoes could have tasted so good. I did not have refrigerated dough, so used puff pastry. They lasted all of 1 hour on the plate, then like Oliver, all asked for more.
