    I love this! It is my favorite vegetable recipe! We prefer to make it by grilling the vegetables in a grill basket. We add garlic to spice it up a bit.

    I love herbs de Provence and use it whenever I can. We're also big veggie eaters so this was just the perfect side dish for my family!

    A good dish, but nothing to go gaga. I find zucchini bitter, and even with the onions rendered down, this dish can hardly be called 'sweet'. I'm curious about Melissa's claim of the 'preschool palate.' How many preschoolers do you know that eat onions?

    This was the first time I had eaten zucchni. It was so easy and absolutely delicious. Great side. Will certainly be in my recipe box from now on. Much thanks Melissa. Keep'em coming.
