This was the first time I had eaten zucchni. It was so easy and absolutely delicious. Great side. Will certainly be in my recipe box from now on. Much thanks Melissa. Keep'em coming.

I used two zucchini, yellow squash and onion of course. Even my kids liked it and that is unusual. Super great with the chicken- the kitchen smelled soooo good.

The sweet onions and herbs de Provence really make the zucchini have a whole new twist. The flavor is delicious. I did not cook as long as the recipe said as I don't like my vegetable to be too soft. This will go into the permanent recipe collection

This recipe was easy, very good, and it smelled just wonderful while it was cooking.
    I will make this often.

I thought this was a good simple way to cook zucchini. I even had the herbes de Provence! I'm going to try her chicken recipe too!

Zucchini is not one of my go to squash...but this is a great preparation! Did not have herbes de provence, so I used fines herbes...and it was great! Made the chicken also and it was aq great dinner!

Loved the recipe. I usually cook zucchini and onions separately, but this was a great combination. Now I need to get the herbes de Provence. I substituted my Italian Herb Mix instead and it turned out fine. I love Melissa's show - TIVO it every week.
