I rated this a 4 star because it was really good, but teh cream cheese was a littler over powering. Next time I will cut the amount of cream cheese and it should be just right!

This was a great recipe! Thank you: I added fresh minced garlic instead of granulated garlic. It worked. I also added a tsp of cumin. It was yummy.

These hoagies are amazing !!!! My husband and i both love them very much. I used lighter versions of the mozzarella and cream cheeses and it still turned out very well and you coudn't even taste a difference. Will definately be making again and again....

I agree...less oregano. My husband enjoyed it even with strong oregano flavor

I will use less oregano next time I prepare this meal. I also used a green bell pepper and topped mine with Boar's Head white american. This recipe is excellent!

I am a Philadelphian who is pure about her cheesesteaks: Provolone cheese, steak and a roll, nothing else. This cheese steak is incredible! I am a convert and will always use this recipe. For the beef, my market sells thinly sliced beef just to the point right before being shredded. I broiled it for only a few minutes and it was tender and delicious.

My husband is the cook in the family and I am so glad that he found this show. I absolutely love these sandwiches. I am not usually a fan of cheesesteaks as it usually tastes rubbery to me. This one is creamy and delious all at the same time.

The first time I made this I followed the recipe to the T. It was wonderful. Seasoning was out of this world. Very easy to make too. My Family really did enjoy them very much. I made them again but instead of using sirloin, I used cubed steak. It was even better. A lot easier to eat. I will continue to make this for my family.
