My husband was sopping up the bottom of bowl on this one. I was a little unsure when looking at the name of the recipie. Tuna isn't first on my list for favorite food but by the end of this meal, my family was asking when I was making it again.
I love the whole concept of this show..it's everything I've been looking for on the Food Network all rolled into one show. Thanks Melissa.

I love the way you cook and I have tryed almost every recipe on your show. Tonight I'm cooking the Sausage and penne and the Cranbery Orange Parfait. I don't usually make dessert but this one sounds good for you.

I made this salad yesterday, and it fed all 6 of us! However, I decided to add in a little chopped Romaine lettuce and more olives than the recipe called for. The bread was a little much, so next time I make this I will use less than half a loaf and cut my pieces even smaller, more like a crouton. Just like one of the other reviewers, I used white chunk chicken instead of tuna. Next time I will opt for using 2 cans instead of one as well. Otherwise, the dressing was really yummy and my guests seemed to really enjoy it!

This was soooo good. I did use chick peas in place of the northern beans. It was really savory. I will make this again and again!

This was excellent. I didn't have white beans, so I used a can of drained and rinsed red kidney beans. Loved it! The dressing was excellent!

I made this last night for dinner and it was wonderful.
Can anyone tell me the calories per serving on this recipe?

I was not too sure of this one, but my husband, 4 yo, 6 yo, and myself all really enjoyed it. We love you, Melissa. You were my favorite from the very beginning of NFNS! I want to cook with you!!

I loved this salad. I am trying to eat healthier in 2010 and this salad fits the bill. The only negative thing: my husband thinks it could have been "Manned-up" This means, of course, more meat. Next time I will add 2 or 3 cans of tuns instead of 1. Marilyn

I love simple recipes that taste great! This one's the ticket. Plus, BONUS, it leaves a great taste in your mouth, too.

Paired wiith the Carrot soup, you have a supurb lunch. And, it's just the right portion size for four adults.
