This is a go-to recipe that my whole family loves.  I've made it with the drizzling sauce and without it.  My family prefers less of the sauce, so I usually make half of the recipe for the drizzling sauce.  I follow the recipe as is for the rest of the dish.  It's delicious! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Really tasty! I served with a side of brown rice. Also, I used hoisin sauce as the drizzle sauce. The bean sprouts and carrots gave a nice crunch. <br /> item not reviewed by moderator and published
I am in love with this recipe!! I literally drank the sauce is was so good!! 5 stars!! My husband did request rice or something to go with next time just so it is more filling for an active man :) item not reviewed by moderator and published
I am very pleased with this recipe. It was super easy to make, tasty and filling but not heavy. Loved the drizzling sauce. I found it to be spicy but not hot. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were so easy to make and delicious. A great way to disguise turkey. The kids loved them, but I omitted the water chestnuts and used extra bean sprouts mixed in with the turkey instead. Also, I drained the turkey after I added the soy sauce ingredients because it was a little to runny and messy. A great dish, highly recommend. Thank's Melissa! item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were great! Served with broccoli and brown rice. Ticks all the boxes: Quick, healthy, inexpensive and easy to make. I made as written except I used ground chicken instead of turkey. I thought they tasted like PF Chang's. My husband asked me to keep this recipe "in the heavy rotation" haha so I guess that's a thumb's up. Thanks Melissa! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is an excellent and easy recipe. Delicious!!! Adding this to my notebook of family favorites. Thanks Melissa. I love your show!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Love, love, love this recipe! It was so awesome. Not for picky kids tho! Great spice to it! One of my favorite! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very tasty and easy. Thought though that the dipping sauce was too runny. Thinking of heating it and adding cornstarch next time. Flavor was spot on. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I saved this to my recipe box on my ipad. When I go to it and click on get full directions it goes to a different page that has nothing to do with he recipe. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was very good. I made some of my own tweaks. I did half turkey, half pork. I skipped the water chestnuts but added peanuts as a condiment. I would add more scallion and mushrooms next time. Will be making this again. item not reviewed by moderator and published
quick, easy, &amp; tasty!! love it! item not reviewed by moderator and published
So good and comes together very quickly! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Great recipe, had it with lettuce as well as over rice. Picky 12 year old loved it! I didn't have any of the Sriracha sauce so I simply added a little hot sauce, came out perfect! item not reviewed by moderator and published
My family loved it. We will be enjoying these in our regular menu. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were delicious and extremely easy to make. My kids won&amp;#39;t eat anything remotely spicy so I left the sriracha out. I also made sure to chop everything up very fine. My husband loved them also. I will definitely make these again! item not reviewed by moderator and published
These came out great! We used chicken inseatd of ground turkey because thats what we had taken out of the freezer. We look forward to making them again! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very tasty. The closest recipe I&amp;#39;ve found to my favorite restaurant version. I used shiitake mushrooms instead of the white button. Very easy too. Will definitely make again. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe was a hit with the family! I was wanting something close to the dishes you can get at places like pf changs and this hit the mark - I will definitely make this dinner again. Great way to get good protein and nutrients without an overload of carbs. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is one of my favorite new recipes! Healthy, easy and soooo delicious! When I take the leftovers to work I just heat up and tear some lettuce on top so it's not as messy. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Absolutely fantastic! I lost this recipe and nearly went nuts trying to remember where I got it from. The light went on and I went to Food Network and low and behold it's here! Melissa hit a home run with this one!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Oh my goodness this was yummy! The only change I'll make for next time is to just shred some cabbage and throw it in right before serving over rice. My family found it a little challenging to keep the lettuce from fallling apart and getting really messy... but the flavor was worth the messy hands! item not reviewed by moderator and published
What wonderful textures and flavors in one bite!! Family LOVED dinner tonight!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Melissa!!! This recipe was the BOMB!!! You go girl : I would not change a thing. NICE, LIGHT and very very comforting. Can't wait to try out other recipes from you..Thanks for sharing. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Wow these were sooo good! And in my opinion, way better than the ones from PF Chang's! I used frozen pre-cooked cubed chicken (since it find it to be a lifesaver in many dishes and left out the mushrooms cause we don't really like them... I love that this recipe calls for "normal" ingredients that I have on hand, rather than having to buy 3-4 different bottles of stuff that similar recipes call for. We topped ours with chow mein noodles... This is probably my daughter's absolute favorite meal - I've tried several other recipes before but last night, I decided that from now on, this will be my "go to" recipe! item not reviewed by moderator and published
My 4 year old ate lettuce, I think that is really all I have to say. I will add this to the rotation. I also added brown rice to the wraps. item not reviewed by moderator and published
The flavor was very good, but the dipping sauce, I wish it is was more of a sauce and less runny. As I was browning the turkey, I added peanuts and skipped the mushrooms and water chestnuts as I didn't have any. I found I did need to add the oil when cooking the turkey otherwise it got dry when cooking the onions and garlic. And I added feta cheese and sour cream to the toppings and it turned out a very nice meal. My husband added more srirachi sauce to his as he dished his up. Fast, tasty, perfect for something easy on a weeknight. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Amazing dinner, i added rice and it was the bomb. item not reviewed by moderator and published
All I can say is YUM! I love everything about this dish.... Healthy, filling and oh so easy to make. The dipping sauce is fantastic! Thanks for a great new addition to my weekly meal routine item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe is just wonderful. I've made it twice now - just as written - no modifications. It is flavorful and healthy and was a family pleaser. I've cooked for over 40 years and this is the best lettuce wrap recipe I've made. A terrific way to use ground turkey and have a memorable meal. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very Good!! I did revise it a tiny bit though. I had read a couple reviews that mentioned the meat on it's own didn't have much flavor, This recipe adds flavor at the end which is why it falls flat. Rule # 1 ; season as you go. So as I browned the turkey, I added a couple dashes of low sodium soy sauce and added the garlic at this point too with a tsp of grated ginger. I believe that did the trick, it had flavor! Then I added the sauce once the meat was cooked per recipe directions and the scallions I added at the very end to keep them from being over cooked. I also used low sodium soy sauce in the recipes for both sauces. They tasted great and weren't overly salty. Definitely making this again!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Amazing!! I was nervous that my family wouldn't like it since we've never had anything like this before. Not only did they like it, they LOVED it. The only thing I did different is I used chinese sausage, only because it's what I had in the freezer. I made it with the rice and they loved that too! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Followed exact recipe and it was "delicious"! You must try! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Delicious! And easy. Not a lot of prep at all. I substituted apple cider vinegar because couldn't find rice wine vinegar and it was perfect. I also put some minced ginger and the garlic in with the oil for a few seconds before adding the turkey. My picky husband loved it. Definite redo - thanks Melissa! (And healthy to boot! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Soooo delicious. My family asks for this for dinner a lot! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Love it!!!! Its so easy and tasty! great for kids! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very delicious!! I don't add the sriracha to the drizzling sauce, because I have a 3 year old, but I do love spicy so I add it on afterwards!! My whole family loves it!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Delicious and very easy to make. I found the meat a little on the salty side so I added a half a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and they added good texture and balanced out the saltiness. Love the spicy drizzling sauce and added a little extra honey to tone down the heaviness of the soy. The lettuce wraps were definitely messy. I'm thinking steamed dumplings using wonton wrappers next time. The recipe is awesome and lends itself to all sorts of great uses. The dipping sauce will find itself as a marinade, sauce and who knows what all. So tasty. I think a previous reviewer's suggestion to add a little fresh grated ginger is a great idea too. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I'm not sure if I would make this one again. It says it was easy, but if you aren't an expert chopper it will be a lot of prep work. It did have a great flavor and it was a good dinner. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Amazing!!! I doubled the recipe so we would have leftovers but that didn't happen! I did cook the meat mixture longer on low heat to absorb more of the liquid after reading some of the other reviews, but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly as written. I will be making this often!!! Thank you Melissa for another winner item not reviewed by moderator and published
Definitely tasty. I left out mushrooms and added cooked quinoa to the turkey. It added a great texture to the dish and also absorbed all the delicious drizzling sauce. I also added ginger to the sauce - it was perfect. To make it easier to drizzle, I put the sauce in a squeeze bottle - so handy. I think next time, I will use the same meat mixture for spring-rolls. Lettuce wraps get kinda messy! item not reviewed by moderator and published
EXCELLENT!!! My kids and husband have suggested I make this recipe Once a Week(and to double it!! They all wanted More!! I made this with ground chicken and it was Outstanding!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Delicious! I made egg rolls out of the leftover turkey filling and they were awesome. DH also loved the filling. Be sure to drain well if you use the filling for egg rolls. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these today for lunch....AWESOME! They may not be exactly like P.F. Chang's but they are EVERY bit as good!! The dipping sauce makes the dish, we LOVED every last bite....I am blown away! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Godd stuff... even the picky ones loved it. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Extremely tasty and diet friendly. Definitely a keeper. Though it was very liquidity. Thinking of using a little corn starch next time. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Loved this recipe!!! I loved everything about it, the sauce especially! I ate it as lettuce wraps, boyfriend ate it over rice. Did not use the water chestnuts or bean sprouts. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Outstanding! Loved the flavors and it was so easy. Another keeper! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was delicious! The only thing I did different was add crumbled bacon because I had some left over from breakfast. YUM, will make again and again. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Melissa d'Arabian is a rock star. These were super quick to make. Super cheap. And my toddler - who doesn't eat anything but Goldfish crackers and Cheerios, actually ate it! My husband and I have added this to our recipe file - we'll definitely make them again. Note: since I am a working mom who gets home late, I made everything the night before and reheated the meat in the microwave when I got home. It reheats beautifully. Don't skip the sauce - it makes the dish. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Melissa your lettuce wrap is better than PF Changs hand down. The Turkey Lettuce Wraps is outstanding. The favors WOW! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very good and fast. I have also substituted ground pork for the turkey and it was just as tasty. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I agree with other reviewers that the meat mixture needed a little something extra; I added some oyster sauce and thought it provided just what was missing. The drizzle sauce, on the other hand, is so delicious! I served this dinner to my family of 5, and even my picky 3-year-old ate THREE lettuce wraps (after he was already gagging at the unknown brown mixture sitting atop a leaf on his plate! Loved that grownups could add the spicy sauce for a little more flavor. What a healthy meal. I couldn't believe it when I counted up the calories in our pretty generous servings of truly delicious food. Felt like I was eating in a restaurant, except cheaper and healthier! So proud that my entire family shared this meal together! Thanks, Melissa. You inspire me. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I normally do not write reviews, but this was great and my daughter loved it! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Unbelievably GREAT!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I thought this was great. My only question is the drizzle sauce came through the lettuce and made it messy. Not something I would serve to guests only because I don't like messy. I also made the ginger lemon zest cookies. They were a hit as well. item not reviewed by moderator and published
A-ok. I'm a big fan of Melissas and although these were good, they weren't great. As someone else mentioned, the meat, water chestnut, mushrooms, with the sauce didn't taste like much. Once you put it all together and add the drizzling sauce - that's where the flavor comes in. It's certainly a healthy recipe so an A+ for that. Not every recipe can get be a 5 star, so definitely try this recipe if you want to eat on the lighter side. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These wraps were wonderful! I used chicken breast which I ground in my food processor(I didn't have ground turkey. We don't care for spicy hot foods, so I omitted the Sriracha sauce from the drizzling sauce recipe. I don't think any flavor was lost. I also made the COLD RICE SALAD from this episode...YUM!!! The perfect combination! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Super easy to make!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
SO yummy! I absolutely loved these lettuce wraps! The dipping sauce was perfect. I did add a bit of grated ginger to the mix, but other than that I followed the recipe. I will be making these again and again!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Saw this on the show and it looked easy and yummy so gave it a try. Followed the recipe exactly, except didn't add the mushrooms, I am a fan, but unfortunately family is not. Got raving reviews from my husband and the kids. The sauce was a must for my husband and I but the kids thought it was fine without, but we like it spicy and I think it would have been a little bland without the sauce. Highly recommend trying this recipe. item not reviewed by moderator and published
these were very easy and really good. I actually used a bunch of other veggies, celery, pepper, carrot and instead of using brown sugar used truvia. I also did not make the drizzle sauce, I'm sure it would have been great, but I didn't have time. So I just put some sesame oil and fresh ginger in with the soy sauce. The chopped cilantro is a must. Also, you could probably skip the oil to cook the turkey--at least with the turkey I used I don't think it was neccessary. Very good, will make again and again! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Saw the show in the morning and made them that night.outstanding! My hubby said they're pretty close to PF Changs..a huge compliment in my book. I wouldn't change a thing. I'm very sensitive to heat and thought the amount of srircha was just right. If you don't have all of these ingredients it can be costly at first but well worth it.mmakes fantastic leftovers. I agree with the other reviewer on trying a different lettuce next time. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Fantastic! Made these right by the recipe and I wouldn't change a thing. The dipping sauce had just the right amount of heat for us. Very quick to put together. A winner in my book!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these yesterday for the family while we watched the Giant's game. Great football food! Not a fan of ground turkey so I used ground chicken. Wow, these were fantastic. Used half as much of the Srirachi Sauce. Thought we were eating take out from PF Changs! Paired it with Sunny Anderson's Triple A Salad. Will definitely make these again and often. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these for my family today. They were oh so good!! The drizzling sauce is also great; very tasty and (if drizzled only not spicy at all. I know that I will be making these over and over. Easy and wallet friendly! Thanks! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these for my family tonight. They were a huge hit, even for my hubby who was skeptical. I only used a tiny bit of the sriracha because of sensitivities. We also only used a little of the drizzling sauce so I think I'll quarter the recipe next time. And next time I'll use Bibb or boston or butter lettuce; the iceberg was just too unwieldy. Thanks! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I absolutely LOVED this recipe!!! As a new cook and one that is choosing to eat healthier, this was fast, healthy, inexpensive, and overall delicious!! I have shared it with my siblings as they have children and this is a great recipe for kids. It's healthy and fun to build your own wrap!! Thanks Melissa, I love your show and learn so much from it! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Not a fan of the ground turkey. Will try with ground or diced chicken. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These are simple and delicious. Friends always enjoy making and eating these. The turkey is also delicious just served over white rice with steamed fresh snow peas or broccoli on the side. I've also used ground chicken in this recipe. Yummy!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
