Wow these were sooo good! And in my opinion, way better than the ones from PF Chang's! I used frozen pre-cooked cubed chicken (since it find it to be a lifesaver in many dishes and left out the mushrooms cause we don't really like them... I love that this recipe calls for "normal" ingredients that I have on hand, rather than having to buy 3-4 different bottles of stuff that similar recipes call for. We topped ours with chow mein noodles... This is probably my daughter's absolute favorite meal - I've tried several other recipes before but last night, I decided that from now on, this will be my "go to" recipe!

My 4 year old ate lettuce, I think that is really all I have to say. I will add this to the rotation. I also added brown rice to the wraps.

The flavor was very good, but the dipping sauce, I wish it is was more of a sauce and less runny. As I was browning the turkey, I added peanuts and skipped the mushrooms and water chestnuts as I didn't have any. I found I did need to add the oil when cooking the turkey otherwise it got dry when cooking the onions and garlic. And I added feta cheese and sour cream to the toppings and it turned out a very nice meal. My husband added more srirachi sauce to his as he dished his up. Fast, tasty, perfect for something easy on a weeknight.

This recipe is just wonderful. I've made it twice now - just as written - no modifications. It is flavorful and healthy and was a family pleaser. I've cooked for over 40 years and this is the best lettuce wrap recipe I've made. A terrific way to use ground turkey and have a memorable meal.

Very Good!! I did revise it a tiny bit though. I had read a couple reviews that mentioned the meat on it's own didn't have much flavor, This recipe adds flavor at the end which is why it falls flat. Rule # 1 ; season as you go. So as I browned the turkey, I added a couple dashes of low sodium soy sauce and added the garlic at this point too with a tsp of grated ginger. I believe that did the trick, it had flavor! Then I added the sauce once the meat was cooked per recipe directions and the scallions I added at the very end to keep them from being over cooked. I also used low sodium soy sauce in the recipes for both sauces. They tasted great and weren't overly salty. Definitely making this again!!

Amazing!! I was nervous that my family wouldn't like it since we've never had anything like this before. Not only did they like it, they LOVED it. The only thing I did different is I used chinese sausage, only because it's what I had in the freezer. I made it with the rice and they loved that too!

Delicious! And easy. Not a lot of prep at all. I substituted apple cider vinegar because couldn't find rice wine vinegar and it was perfect. I also put some minced ginger and the garlic in with the oil for a few seconds before adding the turkey. My picky husband loved it. Definite redo - thanks Melissa! (And healthy to boot!
