Very delicious!! I don't add the sriracha to the drizzling sauce, because I have a 3 year old, but I do love spicy so I add it on afterwards!! My whole family loves it!!

Delicious and very easy to make. I found the meat a little on the salty side so I added a half a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and they added good texture and balanced out the saltiness. Love the spicy drizzling sauce and added a little extra honey to tone down the heaviness of the soy. The lettuce wraps were definitely messy. I'm thinking steamed dumplings using wonton wrappers next time. The recipe is awesome and lends itself to all sorts of great uses. The dipping sauce will find itself as a marinade, sauce and who knows what all. So tasty. I think a previous reviewer's suggestion to add a little fresh grated ginger is a great idea too.

I'm not sure if I would make this one again. It says it was easy, but if you aren't an expert chopper it will be a lot of prep work. It did have a great flavor and it was a good dinner.

Amazing!!! I doubled the recipe so we would have leftovers but that didn't happen! I did cook the meat mixture longer on low heat to absorb more of the liquid after reading some of the other reviews, but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly as written. I will be making this often!!! Thank you Melissa for another winner

    Definitely tasty.
I left out mushrooms and added cooked quinoa to the turkey. It added a great texture to the dish and also absorbed all the delicious drizzling sauce. I also added ginger to the sauce - it was perfect. To make it easier to drizzle, I put the sauce in a squeeze bottle - so handy. I think next time, I will use the same meat mixture for spring-rolls. Lettuce wraps get kinda messy!

Delicious! I made egg rolls out of the leftover turkey filling and they were awesome. DH also loved the filling. Be sure to drain well if you use the filling for egg rolls.

Made these today for lunch....AWESOME! They may not be exactly like P.F. Chang's but they are EVERY bit as good!! The dipping sauce makes the dish, we LOVED every last bite....I am blown away!
