This was GREAT! Even my husband who tends to shy away from new dishes loved it. Great way to use any kind of leftover meat. I had never used fish sauce and almost left it out. Glad I didn't. All the flavor blend for a taste bonanza!

I can't believe I can make this at home and it tastes just as good as the restaurants and its easy. Love it, make it all the time now.

Saw her show while at the Red Cross and wanted to try it. My whole family loved it! It's easy to make and tastes great. I had never used fish sauce before and now I will never be without it! I also use it in stir frys and soups. It's now a favorite. Great with rabbit too.

This was my first ever Melissa recipe and we are very impressed, delighted and hungry for more, more, more. Pun certainly intended. This recipe was fabulous! I saw the show right before Thanksgiving and I was actually lookinG forward to the Pad Thai made with the leftover turkey than I was the original feast. We made this with the remains of the cajun fried turkey and I wasn't sure how the Cajun/Asian fusion would be, but the oriental sauce and seasonings took the lead and it was an absolute explosion of amazing flavors.
I am a newbie to $10 Dinners, but so addicted now. I've made 2-3 dinners a week since watching the first episode and my family now lovingly calls me Debbie d'Arabian. I'M A FAN FOR SURE!!!

Delicious. I made the recipe as-is and it's amazing-- one caveat ls that my fish sauce had gone bad so I had to substitute soy sauce at the last second. At first I was worried that the flavor wasn't going to be as good but it actually turned out awesome. I will make this again and again.

My family tried this last year as a way to use up some leftover Thanksgiving turkey once we were bored with the traditional Thanksgiving flavors. Wow! We LOVED it. Making this will be a new yearly tradition.

My son and I made this. We didn't care too much for the rice vinegar taste so we doubled the rice noodles and other ingredients, made the sauce again without it and it turned out good, but even better if you add a peanut sauce over it. Since I didn't have the right ingredients to make it, I just heated up peanut butter and some water to make it saucy. I had a little bit of thai peanut sauce left and added that too then it was great.
Restaurant we go too uses this PEANUT SAUCE: Pad Thai Sauce {fish sauce, tamarin, palmsugar, salt} coconut milk, red curry, massaman curry, tamarin powder and peanut butter.

I'm watching my weight, but wanted to give this a try. I used chicken instead of turkey, and miracle noodles instead of regular pasta. Do yourself a BIG favor, DONT SMELL THE FISH SAUCE! lol. Just follow the recipe exactly as it is and it is FANTASTIC. Even with the fake pasta. GREAT job FN!

I wish I could give this recipe 7 stars, it was THAT good!! I used chicken instead of turkey, and changed the oil to one TBSP olive oil, other than that I made it verbatim. It was amazing!! Just as good as a restaurant!! I will make this often!! I love Melissa's recipes!

Needs a bit of ingredients, but is well worth the effort! I swap turkey with chicken sometimes, and I additionally add at least a 1/2 lb. of jumbo shrimp. Every family member that tries it, loves it!! And, it's pretty healthy, along with being economical use of a leftover.
