So good and so easy! We had some small sweet peppers in the fridge. So we used those, too. This was awesome!

Pad Thai is my favorite Thai food and this recipe did not disappoint. My husband loved it too. I will make this again and again. I will probably add a Tablespoon or two of peanut butter to the marinade sauce next time.

I made this dish for the first time and my family loved it. I only started eating thai food several months ago. I also sauteed some shrimp in a little canola oil and minced garlic and added it on top when i served it since one of my sisters is allergic to shrimp.she also hates eggs but was able to pick them out. My brother visiting from Michigan took my printed copy of the recipe when he left for the airport, so i had to print out another.

Really liked the sauce on this recipe. I substituted in some shredded cabbage for the bean sprouts. Put the cabbage in the pan at same time as onion. Was good. Had no fresh cilantro, so used one of my frozen cubes of cilantro. Very quick to cook. Longest part was waiting for the pasta to cook. It didn't feel like leftover turkey!!!

I saw this recipe before Thanksgiving and thought I'd try it. I'm glad I did. This was delicious and easy to make. Not the same old leftover turkey recipe. I followed the recipe as written but cut down on the hot sauce, as my husband complains when food is too spicy. Next time, I'm going to try it with shrimp and add some broccoli slaw with the carrots. This recipe is definitely a keeper! Thanks Melissa!

This was amazing! We followed the recipe to a tee and it was SOOO good. Hard to believe it came out of our kitchen and not a restaurant. Another hit for the T-day leftovers from Melissa. I've never been disappointed by any of her entrees that I've made - keep them coming!

Yummy yummy yummy! I just love Melissa d'Arabian and all of her recipes! I traded the turkey for chicken and cucumbers for bean sprouts - personal preference. My family said they thought it was a little fishy (they still loved it - I didn't notice it. This is perfection!
