While my wife enjoyed it, I found this quite bland. If I made this again I would follow advice of others and top it with a fruit compote or cream cheese mixture.

My family has to go down to Southern Calif. to our favorite breakfast restaurant just to have a delicious Dutch Baby! THIS recipe not only tastes just as good, but didn't give us all stomach aches like "baby" we usually eat. My family's only comment was that the pancake needed a touch more salt. Other than that, this recipe is a WINNER and we're going to make our own from now on! (We didn't do the blueberries. Instead, we put LOTS of freshly squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar on ours. YUM!

Just made for breakfast with a whole wheat all purpose flour. DEELISH as always Melissa. I had a smaller pan so I reduced the ingredients accordingly and it came out perfect!- You never fail us! It is sure to become the new weekend staple around this house. Of course using blackberries with a tablespoon of wine didn't hurt either...

Wow! this was tasty and fast and looked really special. While the Ducth Baby was in the oven I put a chopped up apple with some butter, cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup in a pan - what a topping! Hubby is still wondering why he got this 'special breakfast'. I will definitely make this again.

Excellent! We ate ours with cream cheese and strawberry jam. Next time, I think I'll cook mine a little longer, though. Altitude, you know.

Loved this recipe. I fixed it for my husband this morning and he is more of an eggs and meat breakfast person but he loved this also. Next will try with strawberries.

First off-tasted GREAT! But please help-I followed the directions to a tee but bottom stuck to the pan! I've made this recipe twice and each time it would not slide out of the pan. Any suggestions? On the plus side-I made one with raspberry extract instead of the vanilla and served with sugared fresh red raspberries. Everyone's favorite as I also made a vanilla one for side by side comparison.

Yummy! Subbed shelf stable vanilla soymilk for milk with great results. Next time, will try with plain rice or refrigerated coconut milk and almond extract with peaches on top!
