My husband loved this meal and he said to add to my "Make It Again List". He especially enjoyed the steak - 3/4" venison steaks. My husband is a hunter and this recipe worked out great. I defrosted the steaks and then put the meat into cold water adding 3Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in water for a 4-5 hours to remove the gamieness. Rinse off the meat. Then follow the receipe. Also added fresh baby spinach to the salad. Looking forward to making this again. It's soooo good and simple. Thanks, Melissa!

This is my first review, even though I have two large notebooks of recipes. This is a wonderful dish! I used filet mignon that I got on sale because it was going to expire in two days and I used a spinach-arugala blend. Way to go Melissa.

I made this tonight for my husband, and he ate his all before I could sit down. It is full of flavor, the dressing is divine!! I definitely recommend this recipe. I used 2 thin cut rib eye steaks with mine. worked out perfect. I will be making this again, and very soon according to the hubby! =

This was wonderful! I watched Melissa make this and couldn't wait to try it. It was every bit as good as it looked! I've passed this recipe around to all my friends to try.

Oh Melissa...I watched this episode and thought the idea was odd. I found sirloin on sale and decided to make this. OMG!! This is by far my favorite salad! My family loved it! I will be sharing it with everyone, and even the next morning I can still smell the dressing. Yum! I actually think I coul eat this every day. Thanks Melissa, none of your recipes has ever let me down!
