This was very good. I was surprised that potatoes work so well in a salad. I would definitely make more dressing though; it wasn't quite enough for my family...

I have to admit that Melissa and her recipes have grown on me. I initially didn't think that I cared for her style; until I tried a few recopies. I haven't made anything that I didn't like or love and I am a food snob. This is a great blend of flavors. Thank you Melissa.

Awesome recipe! The potatoes alone are worth it. I make them all the time as a side. The blend of steak, potatoes, greens and dressing are absolutely delicious. Use good quality extra virgin olive oil.

Grub!!! I made this tonight and everyone loved it! A couple of substitutions: used fresh spinich instead of lettuce, and ranch dressing(I tried doing the recipe dressing but something went terribly wrong! However, the bacon still made its way into the salad! This turned out totally delicious and I will definitely make this again!

This was a creative, filling and perfect dish. I loved the hearty meal but enjoyed the simplicity of putting it all together. This was GENIUS!

I loved this receipe. It is really hearty and filling salad! I had to bake the potatoes alot longer as well, more like 40 minutes. I would use a little bit bigger piece of steak next time. All in all it was very good!

I concur with previous posts. This is soooooo DELICIOUS, quick and inexpensive to make! The dressing is divine. I used a larger sized sirloin (on sale, more potatoes and made double the dressing.

I also watched Melissa make this dish and said "That's what's for dinner tonight!" and made exactly as she did - it was fantastic especially that creamy dressing - we're having leftovers tonight so I'm making another batch of the dressing to go along! Thanks, Melissa!
