Ingredients
- 2 tortillas, store bought
- Salsa
- Monterey jack cheese, grated
- Red pepper, diced
- Canned green chiles
- Black olives, sliced
Directions
Spread 2 tablespoons salsa over one side of tortilla. Top with cheese, red pepper, chiles and olives. Broil until cheese begins to bubble. Serve hot.
