good on hot pasta, a little overpowering on just bread. added a little lemon and extra cheese to lighten it up a bit.

This was good, but I think I would prefer it w/basil as well.

This recipe exceeded my expectations. The only change I made was to add a squeeze of lemon juice, which provided a nice tang and balance. I served the pesto over angel hair pasta with sauteed zucchini and shrimp. Yum!

This is a great pesto recipe. Toss it with tortellini, sun dried tomatoes and some fresh parmesian for a great hot dish. Wonderful for pasta salad. We also spread it of crusty french bread. Excellent. (We use a little lemon juice instead of the vit C.

I had to modify this from Michael Chirarello's version a bit since I had fresh spinach instead of arugula and I did not have pine nuts. The lemon zest and cheese add a nice zing to it. Great for my family since my husband is not crazy about red sauce. This recipe is a keeper and it's SO EASY!
