This soup is awesome, and it goes great with fresh bread from the oven or a sandwich. And it's so healthy because of all of the asparagus. The spinach makes it a beautiful green color. I'm sharing this with family and friends!!
By the way, it's listed as an "expert" recipe, but it's not that hard to make. It just takes some time.

This soup is a real keeper and his wonderful tips how to keep the soup a brillant green color was great to know. We all loved it!
Easy entertaining doesn't necessary mean simple. It is great, and he does this on every show brillantly, that you are told how to do recipes ahead and then reheat the day of your entertaining = easy entertaining!
