I have made this recipe numerous times, but I substituted lighter olive oil and coddled the egg yolks before emulsifying. These look so beautiful all lined up on a platter. Some of my guests prefer to eat them from a plate with utensils, but most enjoy them right off the platter out of hand. It's so much fun.

I am not a cook, so I pick easy recipes. This one cought my eye the other day and I was not satisfied until I had some. My whole family loved it and wanted more, there was no leftovers here. It was easy to prepare and as always Michael hits a home run with my picky eaters!

My daughter does not like blue cheese and loves my regular homemade caesar dressing but.....when I substitued this dressing the whole family raved including my blue cheese hating daughter. This is now my "regular" caesar dressing.

If you enjoy blue cheese, you will enjoy this salad! I did not find the dressing to be oily tasting. I will be making this one more often! Thxs!

Awesome! I have made this a few times and it comes out great everytime, and I have had problems with Ceasar salad in the past. Usually serve it with sliced leftover steak and crostini and it is a quick delicious meal.

The recipe as written calls for "pure olive oil." On the show he made a point to tell the viewers to use a light olive oil. EVOO would be too strong. This may be the problem the person who thought it tasted oily encountered.
