Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces bourbon
Directions
Place ice cream in refrigerator the day before the party.
At service, stir in bourbon and serve with bread pudding or another dessert like vanilla or chocolate cake.

This topping was absolutely delicous! I kept it nicely chilled and poured over the chocolate croissant bread pudding, which was still warm. Everyone at my party couldn't get enough.

This sauce was the perfect compliment to the dessert from this same episode. I didn't have any bourbon so I used brandy. Tasted great...so creamy. All were amazed it was melted ice cream. How easy was that.
