    This recipe seemed like a little too much work than it was worth. I really don't think it was necessary to roast the lemons. The final flavor was STRONG lemon, but I really like lemon. I put the sauce on the side, because I know that lemon isn't my boyfriends favorite. Before he tried the sauce he smothered all of his food with it. After his first bite he had a look of pure disgust on his face and threw his whole plate in the garbage. Moral of this story: The sauce is not for everyone, but I liked it.

    I was really amazed at what I could do with this recipe. Whatever you put in it, it still turns out great. My family loved it and wanted more.

    I love citrus dishes. When I was watching the show I was like "I need this recipe, it looks and sounds delicious" This is such a good dish (i'm making it for my parent's anniversery!

    My sauce turned out a bit too lemony, too. I wonder if it was because my lemmons weren't caramelized enough. I made the recipe with chicken drumsticks instead of breast meat. It worked pretty well. Thanks for the recipe!
