This dish tastes so rich and flavorful but only uses 1/4 c. olive oil, a lot of which you drain off. I will enjoy this a lot in the future!

I have made this 3 times already and it has come out perfect every time. It is one of those meals you can make where you know you won't let anyone down.

i tried this recipe twice, once with less lemon as per another reviewer, second time with full amount. It's good but I was expecting something more. Loved the potatoes though. Will try making them again with other recipes.

Quite a lovely recipe...I recommend using bone-in chicken breasts since aMichael uses bone-in on the episode, and bthey'll turn out more moist.

I love the flavors in this recipe, but my chicken breasts turned out dry, as usual, and did not really absorb the sauce. also, my sauce seemed way too thin and felt like it needed reduction or thining.

the potatos were WONDERFUL, but the sauce was way too lemony and not worth the trouble of all that roasting. nonetheless, will make it again with less lemon juice--chicken was moist and flavorful--the excessive lemon flavor kept this from being a 4-star for me

This recipe rocks - I was so impressed. It is a little time consuming but well worth. Your family will love this. The roasted lemon juice will work in some many other recipes as well. Thanks for such an awesome recipe.

I was bit skeptical that it might be too lemony but it was delicious. The roasted lemons were wonderful, what a flavor.
