    I made this chicken tonight for dinner for me and my mom. This was absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend this to anyone for any occasion!

    I saw this recipe last year and make it all the time. It is the best roasted chicken I ever had. It makes great sandwiches if you can keep it around that long. I am lucky where I have Rosemary growing and good sea salt.
