    I made this for some friends that I had over my house for dinner - WOW!!!! What a fabulous dessert. This was a hit and it couldn't be easier to make. The ricotta and chocolate blend perfectly. You can truly taste the decadence. The filling is even delicious cold. I put the leftover filling in dessert glasses and enjoyed it almost as much as the calzone. I will definitely be adding this to my dessert repetoire!

    this recipe was fairly simple however the flavor was lacking something. the next time i make it, i think adding a layer of brie cheese and a fruit(bananas, apples, pears, raspberries, etc. would really top this recipe off.
