I made a single tester serving for myself in our toaster oven. This came out perfectly for me, although I did raise the temp by about 20 degrees from the get-go because we live at high altitude. This makes for a very nice presentation -- can't wait to try this on a larger scale for brunch!

I am a big fan of Michael's recipes, but this one needed a little attention. [We tried this with a dinner of pancakes and bacon.] The eggs did not set up at all after 25 minutes (in a very reliable Viking oven. I raised the temp to 400 and whisked the eggs, put them back in the oven for 7 minutes, and they came out delicious. The kids loved having their own individual servings. The taste was great. I gave this recipe 3 stars because of the cooking time. The taste was a 4.5. As long as you have the time to watch and perhaps make adjustments, this recipe will satisfy.
