    This recipe is extremely easy and is just awesome! The only thing I recommend is using fresh pita with any leftover. The skirt steak is a fab choice and comes out tender and flavorful. The blue cheese just adds to the depth of this dish.

    I served this to a group of friends to great reviews. One person had tasted Chimichurri sauce before and thought this version far surperior. It was very easy to prepare for the great result. I would eliminate the pita grilling and just warm it in the oven with the blue cheese on it. I'll definitely repeat this one. Thanks Michael!!!

    This recipe was extremely easy to make and it tasted wonderful. The sauce was fantastic all by itself. I will definately make this again in the future.

    Easy to make, Not spicy, add another type of chile if you want something spicy. Did not grill, cooked in pan on high. Not Bad.
