Loved this recipe! I had just the right amount of heat. I didn't marinate ahead of time, just spread it on the Mahi before putting it on the grill and about half of it stayed on. Might have been a little spicy if everything I put on the fish stayed but my husband and I both enjoy "medium" spicy food. I made polenta on the side mixed with a little parmasan cheese and it was yummy together. Will be making this again!

The spices were waaaayyyy too strong!!! I've made a lot of recipes claiming a "jerk" sauce or flavor, but never anything like this. The cinnamon, allspice and and nutmeg completely overpowered and ruined the fish. In my opinion seasoning should compliment the entree, not ruin it....BIG THUMBS DOWN!!
