I tried this from Michael's flavored oil cookbook long ago. I love making traditional foccacia, and found the addition of rosemary flavored oil, grapes and raisins very interesting and a great topping. The reason I gave it only three stars, however, is because I feel it calls for much too much olive oil and suggest that you cut back, as I did-- to avoid a bunch of greasy fingered guests.
