- 3 cups ice
- 2 cups Campari
- 1 cup Italian sweet vermouth
- 1 cup Italian dry vermouth
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters (recommended: Angostura)
- 8 thin orange slices
In a large pitcher mix the ice, Campari, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, orange juice, and bitters.
Rub the inside of 8 martini glasses with an orange slice. Pour the drink into the glasses and garnish each glass with an orange slice. Serve immediately.
