This was easy to make and actually came out better than I expected. My boyfriend already requested a meatloaf sandwich for work tomorrow!

This was so perfect and wonderful. Not a quick throw together, but not difficult. This is a recipe I will make again and again. It has become a family favorite.

I never made meatloaf before but this was very easy and the whole family, including the picky kids, enjoyed it. Its a new family favorite now

I've done this twice, and both times it has impressed me. As good as it is served after cooking, it's even better as left-overs or sandwiches the next day. I do forego the cheese, and I use lightly beatup Texas Toast croutons for the bread crumbs... but this recipe deserves recognition! My next iteration on this might be Italian meatball sandwiches.

This is my second time making this recipe and I must say it is definitely a keeper. First time my boyfriend and I made it and followed the recipe to the T. Second time around, I made it for my family who were visiting and tripled the recipe to make sure there'd be plenty of leftovers : I also added about a tablespoon of oregano (or more, I love oregano and two packets of Goya Sazon with Azafran -- DELICIOUS! Recieved lots of complements from my family who keep asking for the recipe. Even my sister who said she hates meatloaf finished her plate! Both times I paired the meal with Giada De Laurentiis's Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs and sauteed green beans. Yumm Yumm!!!

I'm a college student who loves a good recipe. After making and eating this (and then thinking I'd died and gone to heaven - God eats this, I made sandwiches out of it the next day. Well, my weird next door dorm neighbor who I share the vent by the kitchen with and always asks for hand outs told me he'd watch my backpack while I slipped off to print out a paper.

When I came back, he was polishing off my sandwich, smiling, and telling me that he loved it.

Don't change a thing. Ever. Really, it's possibly the best thing in the world.

Everyone in my family - small kids, teens, adults - loved it ! Great combination of flavors. Tried it with ground buffalo and it was even better. Great leftover for lunch or dinner the next day.

My husband hates meatloaf but I made him try this one and he loved it... I also add a little bit of mozarella on top of the marinara and he and the kids love it even more, served it with pesto mashed potatoes.
