    By far, one of the best meatloaf I have ever ate. It is juicy and full of flavors. I used ground beef 80/20 and I think next time I will use 90/10 for less fat. My husband doesn't like cheese and he said he loved it!! This is a recipe to save on my "favorites" folder. Thanks Michael!

    I followed the recipe to a T. I bought everything 'fresh'. I'm sure this had something to do w/ the AMAZING flavor. My guests' comments made me feel like an IRON CHEF !!! :

    This is my go-to meatloaf recipe...it is moist and full of flavor! I buy the ground beef package at the store that is between 1-1.5 pounds, so it's just a bit meatier.
