    This is a great meatloaf recipe! The texture and flavors were nice, especially the fresh basil and parsley. Next time I might use half an onion and half a red pepper. When only using one pound of beef, there was just a little too much onion and pepper.

    this recipe is easy and delicious, I highly recommend it. I know several people who have tried it themselves and had the same reaction. I was told to make this a house staple.

    I prepared this a few days ago, but waited until the next day to eat it because I believe some foods are better the next day. Meatloaf is definitely one of these foods. My husband and I both liked it (a whole lot!. The only change I had made to the recipe is that I used one egg rather than two. I will be making this again. Thank you!

    I just tried this recipe tonight for the first time and my family loved it. I used the meatloaf mix from the grocery store that was the veal, pork, beef and it was really good. My husband thought it was from a mix, not homemade (because I usually don't do homemade so well.
