Made this for my family last week. Easy to make. Delicous. Great leftovers for sandwiches. The pesto mashed potatoes were also a big hit.Great comfort food .

I was 30 years old before I would eat meatloaf after the torture of my childhood. I was inspired to try Tyler Florence's Dad's recipe with the relish and it was only OK - still too ketchupy. This was fantastic!! I made it exactly as the recipe called for and put it in my blue rubbery loaf pan thing. I put in my Polder Thermo timer that alerts when it hits the right temperature (luckily - because it was 15 minutes earlier. It was so good. I'll never make another recipe.

This was absolutely the best meatloaf I have ever tasted! It was even better than my mom's and my husband's meatloaf. And I used to think my husband was King of the meatloafs!

Great meatloaf! I made 2 loaves, one hot and one cold for sandwiches. I used 3lbs of ground beef. Love the marinara sauce--it really made it tasty.

I didn't see the episode but wanted to make a new meatloaf. After reading other reviews I left out about a third of the onion and continued on with the recipe which makes one moist, flavorful, great meatloaf! The leaftovers were added to pasta for another dish the following night.

This recipe is a great one! I substituted turkey for beef and it was delicious. The meatloaf has great flavor and is extremely moist. We have this two or three times a month.
