    I made this last night and it was the best meatloaf I have ever made. So easy to prepare... A keeper!!

    I didn't remember the amount used in the show. I followed the recipe exactly with 1 lb of ground beef. I served it to my husband and his friend and they loved it. Also served with the Pesto Potatoes. This will definitely be made again.

    I rate this a five star,
    yummy,
    I made this for my mother and sister in Oregon, they all loved it.
    Try it the next day cold on plain white italian bread, yummy!!!!!!

    I've always hated meatloaf, but after watching the show I had to try this recipe... it sounded delicious and there was no ketchup to be found. It was a big hit! My husband loved it, plus I called my mom and mother-in-law to share the recipe with them. It's a new favorite!

    I do not like to try new things but my sister made me and my 15 month old, my sister and I LOVED this recipe. We used 1lb ground beef and 1lb ground turkey and doubled the rest of the ingredients and it filled my meatloaf pan to the top. 3 lbs would have been way too much and 1lb too little. Try it and enjoy!

    In the past, I have NOT been known for my meatloaf. This recipe is fantastic!!!! Very, very simple to put together, and while you are waiting for the meatloaf to cook, you can whip up a salad and a side :

    This is great5 meat loaf served piping hot However try this cold as a meat loaf sandwich and you'll be amazed!!
