Has anyone made this recipe. I watched the show and he used 3lbs. of meat, The listed recipe says 1 lb. of meat. do you triple the ingredients if you are using 3lbs. of meat or is the one pound a typo?

Amazing meatloaf. Every time I see Michael make something on the show, it looks like something I would really like. That's not always the case with some chefs on the network. You all know what I mean. This recipe not only did not disappoint, it came out perfect: moist, flavorful and oh so yummy. Michael, you are the man!

I made this wonderful recipe and everyone loved it. My finicky eater, who doesn't like anything that is not a tried and true southern original loved it!

I absolutely love this recipe! Not only were the directions very easy to follow but the outcome was a taste bud sensation that had my mouth anxiously awaiting the next savory bite.
I?m the daughter and granddaughter of Native American Medicine Women who taught me from a very early age how to combine food so they could be used as medicine as well as food in order to fill and heal.
And I must say this recipe has many healing properties. So not only do you have a great comfort food that taste amazing but one that heals some aliments too.
I can?t thank you enough Michael for sharing this wonderful recipe!!!!

Yum Yum Yummy! Moist and savory, with all my favoite Italian flavors! Make sure to give yourself extra time to prep all the vegetables and the hour of cook time. I made it with 50% beef and 50% pork and topped it with tomatoes stewed with basil, which I just hand-squeezed onto the top. I feel really good about serving this due to all the great vegetables in it, and fresh steamed spinach was a perfect side. We didn't mind having it for lunch the next day either! I will definitely make this again.
