Great meat loaf. I am not a big meat loaf fan, but i like the Italian influnce in this dish. Lots of flavor and the sauce on top really makes it good.

This is by far the best meatloaf ever. I mixed the meat in at the very last possible moment and it turned out very moist.

I think this was a great meatloaf recipe. The only thing I did differently is that I used a ground beef/ground pork combination instead of ground beef alone. It turned out moist and full of flavor!

I have not prepared this recipe yet. I watched the show and decided I would try it. When checking the ingredients I felt he had used 3 lb of ground meat , with the possibility of a mixture such as ground turkey and pork. I am going to use the 3 lb amount

Looked great on the show (where he made two, but I wasn't paying close enough attention to the exact ingredient proportions, that is mentioned below as being different. So what is the correct amount of meat, etc? Is the recipe here correct? Thanks!

I was making this tonight, so may have to make my own guess.

Used to think Alton Brown's meatloaf was the best. Sorry, AB.
