This is the BEST Meatloaf recipe! I've passed it on to several family members. We use all-natural ground turkey instead of beef as a healthier alternative. It is delicious.

Yummy! The olive oil and stirring technique are so important! I admit it: I subbed green peppers for red, but I think it was a quirk that worked for us. Michale remains my hero!

I love this recipe- it's a staple in our house. I often make it with ground turkey and it turns out just as yummy. I also like to use a bit less cheese, about half of what's in the recipe.

My husband hates meatloaf and he and the kids loved it!

I am not a huge meat loaf fan. When ever I have had it, it was like a huge chunk of dry meat with onion in it. But this meat loaf was awesome. It was moist, great tasting....My dad gobbled it up. The only thing I didn't do was use the cheese. I am allergic, but it was awesome without it. I didn't use as much basil either- I used the same amount as I did parsley. The written recipe is different from the video. So, when you use the written recipe, the meat is 3 Lbs and double the rest of the ingredients.

Outstanding. I used panko as well because it's all I had. It was delicious! Enjoyed this last night for dinner and just heated up the leftovers on a griddle for a fabulous meatloaf sandwich on sourdough.

I thought this was fantastic! Easy, full of flavor and a pleasing dish for a rather picky family. A different kind of meatloaf and a great alternative to "mom's old recipe".

This recipe was off the chain. The only thing I changed was substituting Panko breadcrumbs and I added Trader Joe's Rosemary Asiago on the top after I took it out of the oven. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Oh my! Served w/ sweet potatoes w/ butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper. French cut green beans w/ bacon, salt and pepper.
