    These we wonderful. I made them for a bbq and they were great both warm and cold. Maybe sure you cook the potatoes long enough so they are very soft but not totally mashed. yummm

    These were bliss, a nice change from regular milk based potatoes, and I was looking for more recipes to use my meyer olive oil in. Will definately make again. I like the technique for the potatoes alot, keeps them from getting water logged. Thanks!

    At two CUPS (! of olive oil and 5 servings, that's a whopping 89 grams of fat per serving.

    A little ridiculous, if you ask me, no matter HOW good it tastes.

    I made these like crazy for entertaining this summer. I used only regular extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest wtih salt and pepper. Everyone is surprised by the lemon, and it is delish! I love it because it makes something so simple to make, so special!

    I made the potatoes with a tuna steak rubed with the same lemon olive oil. great combination.
