This was one of the most delicious recipes for pork tenderloin we have ever eaten. So simple and yet so good. Definely a keeper. I rarely make the same recipe twice but I plan to make this one tomorrow night for guest.

We tried this the night it aired. We didn't have enough lemons so we did 1/2 of the lemon zest mixed with Michael's citrus salt that had rosemary in it. Very good. The honey apple sauce was wonderful with the pork. Great combo, Michael.

Very simple and flavorful. I made a gravy from the drippings in the pan and it turned out terrific.

My supermarket didn't have tenderloin so I used a boneless pork roast. It was so good! The apples were also fabulous.

Applesauce was wonderful. I am used to cooking applesauce on the top of the stove and adding cinnamon for flavor Not needed in this recipe. Pork was tender and flavorful. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was that the recipe took a bit longer to prepare that I had expected. I think you can prepare the sauce well ahead of time and then reheat if you like warm applesauce (which I do. Louise T. in the Berkshires.
