Nauseating! I usually love Michael Chiarello but this recipe did not sit well with me at all.

I have made this ravioli countless times now. It's a standard go to meal whenver we need either an entertaining dish or a meal that we can freeze and make on busy week nights. I usually modify recipes for my liking, but this I don't change! I make the ravioli and use the pasta pomodorini sauce (also in this same episode. The two together are a magical pair!!!

I frequent the foodnetwork.com website often to try new things out on my willing husband. We have ever-changing tastes and I'm always up for a challenge. This is one of the best dishes we have had. We coupled it with our version of Michael's spicy sausage sauce and it was out of this world. The only change we made was instead of adding 1/2 cup of parm, we did 1/4c parm and 1/4c pecorino/romano. The flavors were fantastic and it really wasn't difficult to make. Most of your time is spent waiting. The won ton wrappers were an excellent idea. We can't wait to try out different fillings!

I use this recipe as a jump off point. There was alot of ingredients that my family does not care for.

Great recipe, and gave me inspiration for other fillings in the future.
Somewhat labor intensive, so might be fun to do as a couple or with kids.

my only problem with this recipe is it doesn't even touch base with all the other possible stuffings for the ravioli
