We made two versions, one with vodka the other with tequila; the vodka version is smoother. Both were too sweet and needed lime juice added. Still need to tweak this recipe

Wow... This one's a keeper. The mint salt is to die for. You can't grind it too much though, so grind like crazy. Make sure you get really ripe mangoes and really good tequila. Thanks Food Network!!! Love, Ces.

A total party hit! Sometimes I make daquiries instead with mango rum in place of tequila. Only for those who like really sweet drinks- yum!

I agree with the comment below. This tasted O.K. but it was really thick. I don't think I will make this again.

This was a great recipe. The mix makes enough for about 2 batches of margaritas (about 3 cups. I used Cointreau instead of Triple Sec and they tasted great. The alcohol proportions to the mix seemed about right. The only thing that might need adjusting is the sugar amount which depends on the sweetness of the mangos and how sweet you prefer your margaritas.

This drink tastes great, but only if it's cold - like very very cold. Otherwise the consistency is too "weird" (description courtesy of my wife.
